Lodge, Playing Field, Cabins to get ready, tables and chairs, silverware, napkins, plastic plates, plastic cups, chicken and/or pasta dinner, coffee and tea, water and lemonade. $5,000 plus $20 a head.
Rooms: Up to 6 Cabins with bunk beds that sleep 15 each, $PRICE PER CABIN
El Camino Pines Package: Maximum
Rooms: Up to 10 Cabins that sleep 12 each
Luther Glen Retreat Center Package: Maximum 100 people
Retreat Center Patio, tables, linens, correlware plates, cups, silverware, coffee, tea, lemonade, chicken and/or pasta dinner $7,500 plus $20 a head.
Rooms: $85 per night (double rooms $20 extra), maximum of 11 rooms
Additional Fees:
DJ: $100 /night
Outside Catering: $500
Staff Labor (set up/clean up, bartending, food service, etc.)
Acoustic guitar player: $200 /night
