How do I register for a Winter Retreat?
Registration is done online. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due at the time of registration. The balance is due two weeks before the retreat begins.  For groups, please have group leader register all attendees.

When is the last day that I can register for a Winter Retreat?
We ask that all registrations are received at least one week prior to the start of the retreat. All registration (individual or group) received within two weeks of the start date of the retreat will go up to $149 per youth and $119 per adult.

Do participants need LRCC health forms?
There is no LRCC health form needed for Winter Retreats or Family Winterfest. Each congregation is responsible for obtaining current health information for each participant attending camp. If you are attending a retreat on your own please fill out the health form and email it to Office@LRCChome.com two weeks prior to retreat date. All known allergies or major health concerns need to be reported to the Camp Directors. 

Do adult chaperones need to complete anything before arriving at camp?
Every adult who comes to comes to camp for a youth winter retreat, has to fill out the mandatory Voluntary Disclosure Form.  This is not required for Family Winterfest.  Please fill out this form and turn them into camp two (2) weeks prior to when you will attend.  Adults who have not filled out this form will not be able to attend Winter Retreats.
