- LRCC Refund Policy
- Every adult who comes to comes to camp for a youth winter retreat, has to fill out the mandatory Voluntary Disclosure form. This is not required for Family Winterfest.

There is no health form needed for Winter Retreats or Family Winterfest. Each congregation is responsible for for obtaining current health information on each participant to camp. All known allergies or major health concerns need to be reported to the Camp Directors.

All retreats end after lunch on the last day.
